Artigo LLC, doing business as Muted Systems ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals who have opted in to receive text messages from us. These messages may include:

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Muted Systems by submitting your phone number through our booking form at mutedsystems.com/booking and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox, or by texting a designated keyword to our number. Submission of your phone number alone does not constitute opt-in consent — an affirmative action is required.

3. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Muted Systems at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After we receive your opt-out request, we will send you one final text message to confirm your unsubscription. You will not receive further messages unless you re-opt in.

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent to or received from Muted Systems. These charges are assessed by your mobile carrier and are not billed by Muted Systems. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

6. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to appointments (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups) and, if you have opted in to marketing communications, periodic promotional messages. Typical users may receive between 1 and 8 messages per month depending on their activity.

Our SMS program is available on all major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile phone number and any information you share with us through our SMS program are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. No Mobile Information Sharing

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive from Muted Systems.

By opting in to our SMS program, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder for the phone number provided, that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you are located in the United States.

We may update these SMS Terms of Service at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
